Dawn Card is a founding member of the Chippewa Valley Drum & Bugle Corps Association Inc. She has worked in the crop insurance business for the last five years and is currently a Crop Service Specialist for Great American Insurance’s Crop Division.
In high school, she was very active in music – including concert band, jazz band, marching band & choir. Her drum corps experience began in 1975, with the Sundowners Kadets. She played mellophone in the Sundowners “A” corps from 1976-79.
“Drum Corps is more than just a youth activity, it is a family you make for life. Even if you have never met someone, once you find out they are corps people it’s like you have known them your whole life!”
